Last weekend I made mini lemon cupcakes and mini lemon doughnuts with lemon buttercream. We were having a birthday dinner for my Dad and he's a big fan of lemon so I decided on bringing most of them for dessert. They definitely didn't last long but when they're mini it's totally fine to eat at least 2-3, right?
I love my mini doughnut pan... the doughnuts are so freaking cute!

Again, I keep coming across yummy-sounding dips. I need to host another board game night so I have an excuse to make some dips.

Today has been absolutely wonderful! We're having incredibly warm weather for the middle of January! All our windows are open and it feels so fresh in the apartment. I've spent my day sewing, playing with the kitties, and tidying up here and there. Tonight is date night - homemade pizza with Adam and then we're off to see Django Unchained.
